Ok, this is TO DIE FOR (modest, right!?). There is no added sugar, but the cherries do naturally have a lot of sugar, so don’t go too crazy. If you like a thicker pudding, omit the almond milk. This is dairy free, vegan, gluten free, grain free, but not flavor free…who says eating healthy can’t be delicious?
When I put all the video clips together, it was 4 1/2 minutes, so this is QUICK and yummy!
You will need:
- A blender
- A bowl with a lid
- 2 Cups Cherries (frozen or fresh)
- 1 Tsp Almod Extract
- 1 Can Coconut Milk (not the cartons; they’re like almond milk. The one in the can is almost solid but they still call it coconut milk; it’s confusing, I know)
- 1 Cup Almond Milk
- Top with Cacao Nibs
